UG-1 and UG-2 glass tube level gauges are on-site level measuring instruments, mainly used to directly indicate the liquid level height of various tanks, towers, tanks, boxes and other containers in various industrial fields. For corrosive media, instruments are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel or polytetrafluoroethylene sealing packing.

The structural principle of glass tube level gauge
The instrument is equipped with G3/4 "or M27 × 1.5 threaded joints on both the upper and lower valves, which are connected to the container through flanges to form a connector. The height of the liquid level in the container can be directly displayed through a glass tube.
The instrument is equipped with steel balls inside both the upper and lower valves. When the glass tube ruptures due to an accident, the steel balls block the channel under the pressure inside the container, which automatically seals the container and prevents the liquid inside from continuing to flow out.
A blocking hole screw is installed at the valve end of the instrument, which can be used for sampling or for releasing residual liquid in the instrument during maintenance.
